Thank you for visiting Ohio CycleWorks online.  Ohio CycleWorks is Northeast Ohio's premier Triathlon and Road Cycling specialty retailer store, created BY cyclists, FOR cyclists.

We are proud to be Northeast Ohio's SOLE retailer of Kestrel and Planet X, and among the newest to carry the Fuji line of products.

Our mission is simple...we are not the biggest, but we are the best.  We pride ourselves in customer service, custom fitting services and are dedicated to increasing your knowledge in the sports of Triathlon and Road cycling.

Though our online store shows our complete lineup of bicycles and parts, we will NOT ship any Fuji products through online purchases.  All Fuji products MAY be purchased online, but must be picked up in our retail location...NO EXCEPTIONS. 

As purchasing bicycles online is sometimes a difficult task, specifically related to obtaining the proper "fit", we offer a full and unconditional exchange of any bicycle purchased online within 10 days. Once your bicycle is received back in our store, we will be more than happy to exchange it for a different size.  However, any bicycle that shows exception "wear" will not fall under this policy. This policy is meant as a way for you to obtain the proper size bicycle, and NOT for a short-term "rental."

All bicycles that are purchased online will be fully assembled, tested, ridden, safety checked and "dialed in" prior to shipping in order for you to enjoy your bicycle right out of the box.
